About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing comprehensive support for our products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating a passion for Apple products with in-depth knowledge of the entire product range.
* Utilizing excellent communication, organization, and client service skills to provide outstanding customer experiences.
* Fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers through personalized interactions.
* Reporting daily activities and progress to the manager.
* Attending meetings as required after work hours.
* Leveraging prior retail sales experience in the computer hardware industry, preferably with Apple products.
* Developing the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Configuring Apple products that meet customer requirements.
Preferred Experience:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
* GSX Management of Stock.
* Repairs according to operational procedures outlined by Apple.
* Record and maintain customer information.
* Engage in ongoing training and certification maintenance to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
