Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead a small team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our retail environment.
* Assist with leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to clients
* Maintain stock control and management of inventory levels
* Act as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and concerns
* Process Point-of-Sale transactions and end-of-day reports
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring teams
* Previous experience as a second-in-charge in a customer service role in retail or sales
* Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills
* Effective time management and planning capabilities
