Customer Service Role
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, selling and delivering products, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell and deliver products to trade/wholesale customers on the road.
* Manage an existing list of clients and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites.
* Pick and pack daily deliveries.
* Be a product knowledge expert and complete sales paperwork.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
* Ability to work away from home 1 night per week/fortnight, with expenses paid by the organisation.
* Licensed and confident to drive a manual vehicle preferred.
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 30kg repetitively.
* Customer service experience with a passion for helping customers achieve sales goals.
* Driven to learn new products and processes.
* High attention to detail.
* Good presentation required, as you will be representing the organisation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to speak to all personalities.
* Good computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
