**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Working 1-1 with a Senior PM to help and assist you
- Mostly out-of-office tasks;
- Routines inspections
- Assistant with some Entries and Exit inspections
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants/follow-up and clear communication
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- 3-6 months of experience
- Drivers license
- Previous experience in Real Estate/Reception
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
- Immaculate presentation
