AR Developments is looking for experienced Landscape Leading Hands to drive our day-to-day landscape operations on-site.
You will work closely with our Landscape Foremen to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces. We prioritise safety, foster continuous improvement, and are committed to creating opportunities for our team members to learn, grow, and advance.

The role
Landscape Operations: Produce high quality landscaping works, ensuring that all tasks are completed to project timelines:
- Building and construction of fencing - pool, timber, gates
- Soft landscaping - planting, mulching, bushland regeneration, weeding, turfing, watering, river rock installation, washing out of storm water lines and units
- Hard landscaping - drainage, retaining walls, edging, slab fill, bulk soil, posting out units
Organisation & Teamwork:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment at all times
- Plan, allocate, oversee and execute daily tasks in alignment with project schedules
- Supervise and support landscape crew members, labourers, subcontractors and trades
- Assist the Landscape Foremen in coordinating progress and ensuring timely delivery of all project works

The person
We are looking for an individual with:
- A desire to work on the tools with a team
- The ability to work on and complete all aspects of landscaping operations
- A Certificate III in Landscape Construction preferred
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in landscaping
- Strong technical knowledge of landscaping methods and materials
- The ability to read and interpret drawings for softscape and hardscape works
- A White Card and current Driver’s Licence
- A hands-on worker, with the ability to foresee potential issues and make rectifications before they become problematic
The wage rate will be based on your skills and experience.
