What You'll Be Doing
* Hand-stretching dough and working with premium ingredients
* Managing toppings and operating the Brick pizza oven
* Maintaining quality and speed during service
* Assisting with kitchen prep and cleaning
* Upholding high standards of hygiene and organisation
What We are Looking For
* A can-do attitude and team-first mindset
* Ideally 1 year of hospitality or kitchen experience
* Experience with brick oven or wood-fired ovens preferred (but not essential)
* Confidence or willingness to learn hand-stretching dough
* Pride in producing a consistent, top-quality product
