Role overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled professional to join our team in Karratha.
The role involves hands-on user support, including troubleshooting and maintaining devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, IP phones), networking tasks within a Cisco environment, and collaboration with the wider networking team.
The role supports both IT and OT environments, with occasional campaigns to remote sites (onshore and offshore).
You will provide hands-on support for networking, storage, and hosting, assist with technical issues, ensure system functionality, and meet SLA requirements.
You will take ownership from planning to reporting, while adhering to safety and cybersecurity protocols.
What we're looking for
You will have a minimum of 5 years IT support experience
Hands-on user support experience, including troubleshooting devices and systems managed in an Intune environment
Strong networking experience in a Cisco environment, and CCNA certification
Experience providing hands-on support for networking, storage, and hosting teams
Ability to plan, execute, and report on technical maintenance campaigns
Experience with Windows Servers, VMware, and Palo Alto firewalls for management and maintenance
Strong understanding of SLA requirements and a focus on meeting SLAs
High awareness of safety and strict adherence to safety protocols
High awareness of cybersecurity and strict adherence to cyber policies and protocols
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A mature, independent worker who takes pride in their work
A team player who collaborates effectively with other technical teams

Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities
