* Guiding people through established development frameworks using structured digital resources and training tools
* Engaging in strategic outreach to connect with professionals aligned with leadership, mindset and personal development
* Hosting brief discovery conversations to explore alignment and share information about the model (training provided)
* Building and nurturing professional relationships through consistent communication and follow‐up
* Participating in optional global trainings and mentoring calls to deepen your own leadership capability
* Managing your own business activity, goals and outcomes within a proven self‐employment system
