This role sits within a commercially focused team where you will be responsible for delivering sourcing outcomes, supporting category activities, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure procurement needs are met in a practical and effective way. You will be involved in managing sourcing activity end-to-end, from planning through to contract award, while also contributing to spend and market analysis, supplier engagement, and ongoing improvement of procurement outcomes. The role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a solid understanding of procurement and sourcing processes. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including planning, tendering, evaluation, and contract award • Support category-related initiatives across indirect spend areas • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose procurement solutions • Undertake spend and market analysis to support sourcing decisions and identify opportunities • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to support compliant procurement activity • Assist with supplier engagement and negotiation activities • Contribute to supplier performance discussions and ongoing value improvement • Ensure procurement activity aligns with organisational policies and requirements Skills & experience Experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing within complex organisations • Strong experience managing end-to-end sourcing and contract processes • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Commercially aware with a structured, delivery-focused approach • Experience across indirect / Corporate Services categories advantageous • Background in large or complex operational environments preferred Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
