About Our Client And Company.
Our client is a tier one national fire contractor who is seeking multiple passive fire tech roles for newly landed major service contracts.
The company offers longevity, plenty of OT, career growth into team leader roles & a supportive culture.
Your general responsibilities will be to:
* Manage/Assist with Key Customers' Fire Service Needs
* To test, repair, and install fire doors and passive penetrations to Fire & Security standards of quality and delivery excellence whilst exceeding customer service expectations at every available opportunity
* To assist in growing our sales, increasing our market share, and growing the net profitability of our company
* Survey customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment.
* Manage and maintain all assigned company property, including documents, tools, equipment, vehicles, product, etc.
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with our clients' needs.
* Attend all scheduled training programs. In-house training to be provided to the successful candidate
* Maintain best-in-class customer service
* Technical Assistance/backup for On Call Technicians
Selection Criteria.
* Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
* Hold or ability to obtain a Queensland Building and Construction Commission License (QBCC)
* Have a base trade as a carpenter.
* Up-to-date product and industry knowledge - Australian Standards, Passive and Fire Door
* Current Driver's Licence
* Able to undergo and pass a National Police Check.
