As a Project Support Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Program Director to support project delivery, administration, and stakeholder engagement.Your role will include:Project Coordination – Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.Financial and Administrative Support – Managing project documentation, budgets, and resource allocation.Stakeholder Communication – Supporting engagement with contractors, government agencies, and community groups.Compliance & Risk Management – Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project guidelines.Process Improvement – Contributing to a positive and innovative workplace culture.Who We’re Looking For:We’re seeking candidates who:Have experience in project administration or coordination (preferably in infrastructure, water, or construction projects).Are highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.Enjoy working in a collaborative and flexible team environment.Sound like you?
