Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to contribute to the growth of our business as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for listing commercial properties and managing the sales/leasing process, providing quality services that exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets as set by senior management.
* Effectively list commercial properties and manage the sales/leasing process.
* Contribute to the provision of quality services through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Real Estate or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* A solid understanding of real estate laws and leasing practices.
* A current Certificate of Registration is a mandatory requirement.
