Role

* We are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector.
* This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team.
* The role will involve establishing and leading the growth of the Gridlines business.


Requirements


Operations:

* Lead the growth and development of the project finance team.
* Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
* Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
* Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
* Lead the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Plan resources across the team.


People

* Develop and inspire a market-leading team.
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.


Growth

* Lead the growth of the project finance practice.
* Drive business development and growth ambitions in a key sector.
* Develop client pitches.


Key Skills and Qualifications

* Demonstrate core values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration, and Excellence.
* Entrepreneurial flair and a drive to create something exceptional.
* Respected leader within the project finance sector.
* Sector-leading expertise in Project Finance.
* [10+] years of relevant experience in a financial advisory or financial modeling role within a recognized advisory practice.
* Understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficial.
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
* Recent hands-on experience in financial modeling for Project Finance transactions.
* Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial.
* Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
