We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to assist with the operations of our functions space, the Vikings Room.
* The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management, bar service and food preparation.
* Able to identify and resolve problems efficiently, possessing excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Guest-oriented and service-minded, with experience working in the events and hospitality industries.
* Familiar with rostering systems and point of sale/stock management software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in the events industry and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
