You will contribute to creating a positive, high-quality learning experience for interns and junior doctors, supporting their professional development, well-being, and career progression. You will work closely with the Director of Clinical Training (DCT), medical supervisors, and wider health service teams to maintain accreditation with the South Australian Medical Education and Training (SA MET), coordinate orientation and rotations, and facilitate educational sessions. The position offers exposure to innovative training initiatives, a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, and the chance to have a real impact on the professional growth of junior medical staff across the network. For more information Discover Mount Barker \*\*\_If you have answered yes to any of these questions - then read on \_\*\* - Coordinate and deliver education and training programs for interns, trainee medical officers, and junior doctors. - Support the DCT in maintaining accreditation and monitoring compliance with SA MET standards. - Provide guidance, advocacy, and career development support to junior doctors. - Facilitate onboarding, rotations, leave tracking, and performance monitoring for interns and trainees. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, professional bodies, and training institutions.
