**About The Company**:
Our client's unique business is responsible, sustainable and innovative with opportunities to create a positive impact on people, the community and the planet. They are the first botanical garden with the sole purpose of planting Legacy Trees. Based on a beautiful site in the Mornington Peninsula that was meticulously chosen for its prime conditions and landscapes, they help to honour and celebrate the life of their client's loved ones.

**About the Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of this position is to not only lead sales but also guide and optimise marketing with the aid of a dedicated and capable external marketing agency. You will have room to demonstrate your initiative and leadership as part of a dynamic company and integrate your marketing and sales knowledge with passionate operations and functions teams to ensure end-to-end excellence. This company and the people who run it have been featured all over various TV outlets, newspapers and social media as much-needed innovators in the memorial space. Weekends are their busiest time, so weekend work is essential but they offer a very flexible workplace, working 5-days a week.

**About You**:

- Experience managing and training sales staff
- Developing targets, providing weekly reports to senior management and implementing a growth strategy
- Strong experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot) and sales management systems
- Experience leading Google/Facebook ads (desirable)
- Experience coordinating design, creative and web teams to roll out marketing campaigns with the aid of teams (desirable)

You will also be:

- Great at details, creating and sticking to plans
- Good at keeping clients and team members on task
- Process-driven and able to prioritise and compartmentalise workload
- Commercially minded and business savvy
- Eager to chip in and help out your teammates (who in turn have your back too)
- A customer-centric, people person but confident to enforce boundaries where customer requests are excessive
- Gets excited by finding innovative ways to market and attract leads
- Loves learning and training others with positive reinforcement
