The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team at our Rhodes office. With the support of over 550 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
* Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
* Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
Qualifications
* Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
* Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
* High level industry awareness and engagement
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
