Director of Clinical Operations

About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
*
o Directly supervise Regional Managers to manage the day-to-day requirements of their roles and responsibilities.
o In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team, participate in strategic planning sessions of the organization.
o Support Regional Managers to achieve their organizationally aligned goals for their respective regions.
o Manage performance and monitor the utilization of Allied Health Assistants to ensure effective support for sites and quality clinical outcomes for participants.
o Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to deliver on projects that achieve strategic goals of the organization.
o Ensure training and resources are adequate to enable effective management of sites and regions by the Clin Ops team.
o Report on initiatives, progress and performance updates to the Executive GM and Senior Leadership Team.
* Requirements:
*
o Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Allied Health Profession.
o Tertiary qualification in healthcare management, business administration or similar highly regarded.
o Demonstrated leadership experience within healthcare or an allied health service.
o Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects.
o Change management experience.
o Proficiency with data analytics.
o An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
