Bromic Plumbing & Gas is a leading supplier of high-quality water management and plumbing solutions, trusted by consultants, developers and builders across Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a motivated Specification Sales Specialist to support the growth of our electrical hot water category across NSW, VIC and NZ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building technical credibility, securing specifications and driving commercial outcomes through strong industry relationships and consultative selling.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the Full Specification Pipeline: Own the complete sales process across NSW, VIC and NZ – from lead generation and technical qualification through to specification win and installation support.

Become the Technical Product Expert: Build strong technical knowledge of Bromic's electrical hot water range, including power requirements, drawings and system design for multi-residential, aged care, education and commercial projects.

Win and Grow Specifications: Secure new project specifications and deliver Lunch & Learns, meetings and toolbox sessions to engage hydraulic consultants, developers, builders and key commercial customers.

Strengthen Market Engagement: Work with territory managers and project teams to uncover competitor activity, protect existing specifications and contribute insights into market trends and product opportunities.

Maintain Accurate CRM & Quoting: Prepare quotations, manage client information, track opportunities using BCI, EstimateOne and CE Dynamics, and follow through on all quotes issued.

Who we are looking for:

An experienced business developer with 5–6 years' proven success in sales roles requiring exceptional service and long-cycle relationship management.

A confident technical seller with strong analytical ability, patience, and the capability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders.

A strong communicator and relationship builder who can identify new opportunities and influence technical decision-makers.

A value-driven salesperson with excellent planning, organisation and multi-tasking skills, able to manage complex projects independently.

A proactive self-starter with a positive "do what I need to do to provide a solution" attitude and the motivation to work autonomously.
