**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a
**Project Coordinator x 2 **to work for an
** NSW Government **based in
** Parramatta/WFH**. This is contract role initially
**3 months contract with the view to be extended.** The role is paying between
**$500 - $600 per day + Super.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Live the NSW Public Sector and organisational values to achieve outstanding outcomes for the organisation and customers.
- Maintain, review and update the Establishment Model and Organisational Structure for the client.
- Provide a range of establishment activities and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining support documentation and implementing and monitoring existing people movement to ensure stability and currency pf the structure are achieved on time, on budget and to quality standards.
- Ensure that structures and organisational charts are aligned and communicated effectively
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and coordinate discussions to support various people movement changes, meetings and forums, develop sounding processes to facilitate exchange of information and support client's project teams and management.
- Preparing Establishment reports/ dashboards about divisional performance, operational activities and structure and recruitment, temporary/contract labour, compile data and information to support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Provide operational and reporting support to the client's team as required
**Key Skills**:
- Proven experience as HR Operations Specialist or similar
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience providing high level HR co-ordination and support in a large government industry organisation with relevant qualifications.
- Demonstrated high level experience working with executive, senior management and various external stakeholders within large organisation
- Sound experience handling the scheduling of people movement and requirements, prepare written reports/briefing notes and documentation when required and delivery of PowerPoint presentations with superior communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer focus and Organisation skills to prioritise competing demands and achieve outcomes and share the knowledge with the team
**Key technical skills**:
- Advanced skills in Smartsheet and Excel
- Intermediate skills in Visio and PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge and skills in SharePoint
- Knowledge of the Government systems preferred but not essential: CM9, SAP, MyOutcomes
