About the Role
As a key member of our Medical Imaging team, the Administrative Support Specialist provides vital support services to ensure the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage patient enquiries, ensuring Western Health's best Practice and Radiology CARES ideology is upheld at all times.
* Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
* Expertly operate our telephone system, responding to queries from diverse sources in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide prompt support to medical professionals as required.
* Organise and coordinate referral appointments for in-patients and out-patients, aligning with clinical requirements and deadlines.
This role demands a 64 hour fortnightly commitment across multiple campuses. It offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
