Job Title: Bar Manager
Our team is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. As the face of our beverage program, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue through creative initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior bar management roles and a proven track record in managing costs and driving profitability. You will also possess expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily bar operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cost management.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
* Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to perform at a world-class level.
* Collaborate with the Director of F&B to drive financial success and develop innovative beverage programs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in senior bar management roles.
* Proven track record in managing costs and driving profitability.
* Expertise in curating and managing premium cocktail, wine, and spirits programs.
