The Role

This role provides advanced administrative and clerical support services to enable District Finance to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria

* Demonstrated experience in providing a wide range of high-level administrative services in a demanding environment.
* Demonstrated ability to write accurate and concise reports, documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
* High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently using initiative and judgement to solve problems.
* Demonstrated commitment to work as part of a team in providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages and the ability to learn new systems as require.
