City FM Australia is seeking a proactive Cleaning Operations Supervisor for a permanent fixed‑term role until the 30th June. In this hands‑on leadership position, you will manage cleaning services across multiple Goodstart Early Learning Centres, overseeing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring compliance with high standards, and driving operational excellence through audits and continuous process improvements. What we offer: Great Pay: Competitive salary tool of trade vehicle Lead and Grow: Varied role combining team leadership, cleaning operations, and continuous improvement Career Development: Ongoing training and growth opportunities Key Responsibilities: Manage cleaning services across 46 Goodstart Early Learning Centres across Central NSW and the Northern Territory, ensuring compliance with schedules and specifications Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards and identify improvements Achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders Train and onboard new team members in day-to-day operations and OH&S Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and company policies What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) – of benefit but not essential.
