Princess Polly is searching for a Videographer/Editor who is ready to jump into our fast-paced environment and help introduce the world to some amazing content If you're ready to be a key member of our Creative Team here are some of the responsibilities and experiences that will set you apart from the rest
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Editing video ad content for a range of performance marketing channels including Social Media, YouTube, and Connected TV
- Operate video cameras, on location or in the studio, and prepare video content across all performance marketing channels.
- Work with creative leads and collaborate with the performance marketing teams through all stages from initial campaign brief, and iterations to execution
- Develop content leveraging the latest social media insights to ensure all content is attention-grabbing and on-trend.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines including video creative and production standards
- Evolve and perfect the brand's digital presence
- Remain informed of emerging industry trends and best practices; evaluate new design trends and ensure our creative product remains cutting edge and innovative
- Maintain and improve brand image across all channels to position Princess Polly as the leader in women's online fashion retail
- Deliver on-trend design and ideas, be innovative, and be willing to push boundaries with designs.
- Create communications that promote and encourage online shopping.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Proven experience as a video editor (2+ years), with videography experience preferred.
- You know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Premiere Pro is the big one, and After Effects is also a must.
- Understand how to produce content for a range of social media platforms and know the difference between the types of content to create
- Traditional education can be useful however raw talent, attitude, and skills are always highly valued at this organisation.
- Strong ability to interpret a creative concept in to on-trend and engaging digital design across digital marketing channels
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
