About the role:
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to work with us. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our participants.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing an allocated caseload, completing therapeutic services in a timely manner, and delivering speech pathology services to participants in various settings.
You will also use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Additional responsibilities may include mentoring graduates and early career clinicians, maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation, and contributing to the development of our team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia;
* Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation;
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload;
* A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas;
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector;
