This is an opportunity to join a skilled and proactive HR team in Australasia. You will support HR Business Partners while managing a client portfolio, delivering generalist HR advice, and driving initiatives that enhance performance, capability, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert HR advice on staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* Coach and support managers in applying HR policies, awards, and agreements.
* Lead and contribute to HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
* Assist with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) matters in collaboration with the WHS Business Partner.
Requirements
* Relevant HR or tertiary qualifications.
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in reporting, data analysis, and interpreting employment contracts.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
