Introduction Protech is seeking a driven and proactive 360 Account Manager to join our Rockhampton team. This is a client-facing role working across various sectors of Protech including Labour Hire, Protech Traffic, Protech Rail and Building Construction. This role blends recruitment expertise with account management, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional workforce solutions to both existing and new clients. As a 360 Account Manager, you will: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients across the Rockhampton. Conduct frequent site visits to engage with clients and field employees, running toolbox talks, job starts and site inspections. Oversee HSE and compliance management for field employees. Source, screen, and onboard candidates, including interviews, reference checks, compliance, and inductions. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, onboarding and site inductions. Handle day-to-day employee management including payroll queries, PPE distribution, and performance matters. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal systems and processes. Collaborate with other Protech branches to support recruitment and onboarding activities. Desired Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focused mindset. Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities. A self-motivated attitude with a drive to meet targets and KPIs. Ability to learn new systems and processes. Previous experience in recruitment, account management and the labour industry is highly regarded. What’s In It For You?
