The Role
We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a reputable business based in the western Brisbane suburbs. This role is seeking an immediate start for an initial temporary assignment (1-3 months) with view to permanency.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision‑making
* Develop and present financial reports and business cases to key stakeholders
* Partner with site and business leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial insights
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end processes
* Drive cost improvement initiatives and support project evaluations
Skills & Experience
* High proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI highly desirable
* FMCG or manufacturing highly regarded
* CA/CPA/CIMA or relevant qualification (or working towards)
* Robust analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Recent experience in a similar finance business partnering position
* Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders
