You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. You make our guests feel welcome from the first point of contact and reflect the exceptional experience that continues once they arrive. You will handle reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, and convert phone inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring all details and preferences are recorded. With your attention to detail, you'll provide exceptional service while recommending property facilities and maximising revenue through up-selling.
Qualifications
* A guest-focused personality is essential
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Prior experience working with Opera or another property management system
* Hotel reservations or reception experience is an asset
* Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Part time and full time opportunities available
* Whilst availability to work over a 7 day roster is desirable, candidates seeking a flexible work arrangement to suit personal commitments are encouraged to apply
