Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with better work-life balance, genuine support, and a professional yet down-to‑earth team culture?
We're seeking a confident, organised, and motivated Property Manager to take ownership of a tidy, well‑maintained residential portfolio of approx. 150 properties. This is a Monday to Friday role, with no weekend work, no BDM responsibilities, and one day WFH each week

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of property management, including routines, lease renewals, arrears, maintenance and vacates
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
* Maintain a high standard of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Contribute to a supportive and energetic office culture
What You'll Bring:
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
* Previous experience in end‑to‑end residential property management
* A valid Driver's Licence
* Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
* Familiarity with PropertyMe is a bonus but not essential
