Drive Growth & Shape Success – BDM Role with Leading Real Estate Brand (Mon–Fri Only)
No weekends. 4pm Friday finish.
Base + uncapped commission. Work with a top-tier real estate brand on the beautiful Tweed Coast and Southern Gold Coast.
To be successful in this role:
* You will have Property Management or Real Estate Sales experience
* Be proactive, use initiative and have a keen attention to detail
* Have the ability to prioritise and coordinate daily tasks
* Hold a NSW Certificate or QLD Certificate of Registration – support to obtain reciprocal qualifications
* Experience with PropertyMe & Reapit Lettings (aka IRE) is favourable
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain six-star service for all clients/customers
* Prospect for new business opportunities
* Develop long-term relationships
* Onboard new clients and facilitate compliance
* Schedule viewing times & manage prospective tenant enquiry
* Facilitate viewings for new business
* Process tenancy applications
