We're seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to lead, train and elevate our Customer Care Concierge teams across 9 veterinary clinics. This newly created role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, service leadership, and team development who can drive performance while maintaining compassionate, professional client care.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations function, you will:
· Lead and support Customer Care Concierge teams across all clinics
· Design and deliver structured service and communication training
· Strengthen client engagement and booking confidence
· Improve consistency in customer experience standards
· Coach and mentor team members to build capability and confidence
· Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
· Travel between clinics to provide hands-on leadership and support
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience in sales leadership, retail management, or service-based environments
· Strong background in coaching and developing frontline teams
· Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
· Confident communicator who can influence and inspire
· Comfortable working across multiple sites
· Experience in veterinary or healthcare is not required
