* You will play a vital role in empowering seniors to live independently, maintaining their dignity and quality of life every day.





About the Role:


This rewarding position involves delivering personalised, person-centred care that enables clients to achieve their full potential.


* Flexible casual hours (minimum 15-20 hours per week)

* Availability required for at least three weekdays between 7am–6pm




Serving clients in Pakenham, Cranbourne, Clyde, Narre Warren and Berwick – South-East Melbourne suburbs.




Duties:


P You are passionate about caring for older members of our community. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement. A desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals is also essential. Requirements include:
