About the Role
We now have an opportunity for a Product Delivery Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based in Adelaide.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across Vinarchy’s diverse wine portfolio. From vintage rollovers to packaging specifications, your work will ensure seamless product delivery and compliance across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and premium vintage rollovers, ensuring timely and accurate updates across the product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain packaging specifications for co-pack produced products, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Create and manage packaging documentation for current SKUs, including uploads to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Initiate and coordinate dry goods approval processes, working closely with technical, quality, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, Production, and other departments to support product data integrity.
- Contribute to system and process improvements to enhance data governance and usability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant qualifications or experience in business administration, supply chain, or data management
- Experience with product data, packaging specifications, or supply chain coordination preferred
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems and ERP tools is advantageous
- Previous exposure to wine, beverage, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for data quality and continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s licence required
