The Role:

Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, this role supports the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services. As part of the team, you will ensure our employees are paid correctly and on time while maintaining compliance and providing exceptional service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the People & Culture division, you will participate in the full payroll cycle managing processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities while supporting a large, diverse workforce. You'll apply your interpretation skills to our modern awards and enterprise agreements to ensure accuracy and fairness, manage payroll queries efficiently, and maintain meticulous payroll records. Your ability to balance precision with a customer-focused approach will help you deliver high-quality, timely outcomes that support both the business and its people.

About You:

* 2–3 years of demonstrated payroll experience.
* Proven ability to interpret and apply modern awards and enterprise agreements.
* Experience working with payroll and time & attendance systems.
* Background in high-volume payroll processing.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team.
