We are seeking either an experienced dentist capable of managing and expanding their patient base, or a graduate dentist eager to learn and committed to excellence. Mentorship is available to transition into providing full cosmetic makeovers within 12 months. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health concerns. Develop and explain comprehensive treatment plans to patients. Deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dental care, including veneers, implants, and aligners. Build and maintain a loyal patient base. Requirements
Current AHPRA registration and the right to work in Australia. For experienced candidates: Minimum 2 years of practice experience and a portfolio of work. For graduate candidates: A strong willingness to learn, with the right attitude and commitment to growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A patient-centered approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently while embracing collaboration. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
