1. Main Responsibilities:

* Pricing strategy review and development
* Establishing pickup and channel targets to drive performance and accountability
* Managing yield, including on-going review of dynamic pricing models
* Financial reporting and analysis
* Managing pricing and online travel agencies (OTAs)
* Monitoring market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to make informed pricing decisions
* Development of promotional campaigns, including post-campaign analysis and review
* Analyzing key performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and average daily rate (ADR)
2. Requirements:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce, or STEM fields
* Strong commercial acumen and financial modeling capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to an advanced level
* Data analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Experience with Power BI is advantageous, and knowledge of the SQL BI stack is desirable
* Adaptability and ability to thrive in a frequently changing market environment
