We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Officer to support the daily delivery of our culturally grounded Equine Assisted Learning programs. This role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring accurate, confidential and timely administrative support. You will play a key role in strengthening internal systems, maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and assisting with reporting obligations to funders and the Board. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and office support
* Manage document control, record keeping & filing systems
* Coordinate meetings, agendas & minutes
* Support Board and governance documentation processes
* Manage shared email accounts and professional correspondence
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding & HR documentation
* Maintain databases, registers & compliance trackers
* Support financial administration (invoicing, tracking, reconciliations)
* Assist with funding reports and program documentation
* Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information

Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Experience using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
