A bit about your role
The role of Service Improvement Manager will work within the Strategy, Planning & Improvement team, and is accountable for defining and delivering the program strategic roadmap, identification and delivery of targeted improvement opportunities, governance and strategy of Managed Service Partners.
The teams goal is to delivers solutions to enable efficiencies and quality gains for the broader OCC team - utilising process excellence expertise, robotics and automation capability, and quality frameworks to reduce manual interactions, improve efficiency and enable the OCC teams to remain focussed on high value interactions.
The role will see you utilise your process excellence expertise to identify and resolve complex problems across multiple OCC stakeholders. The role is key in delivering mature solutions for the improvement pipeline, acting as a trusted advisor to identify improvement and automation opportunities and influence and facilitate collaborative ideation workshops.
A bit about you
Lastly, the Service Improvement Manager will have the ability to work with teams for successful change adoption and have experience on change management, project management, and strong in facilitation.
