What You Bring to the Table
* 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets!).
* A track record of team development and business growth.
* A passion for premium customer service.
* Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
* High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
* Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience.
