Our client is an established local community service organisation and are currently seeking a Building and Garden Maintenance Labourer to actively support the individual needs of their customers. This position is located within the Sunshine Coast region. This organisation prides themselves on delivering leading-edge services to their clients.
Your new role
This role will be working in a team of two using a company vehicle in which duties will include but are not limited to:
* Mowing lawns
* Trimming hedges minor home repairs
* Water blasting, cleaning of gutters
* Changing light globes
* Cleaning air conditioning filters
* Cleaning windows and other duties
* Assistance in and around the house and garden.
What you'll need to succeed
* Construction Industry White Card
* Current "C" class driver's licence
* Demonstrate excellent communication
* First Aid and CPR certificate
* Transferable skills in a similar industry such as Parks & Gardens or residential maintenance
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
* Ability and flexibility to complete shift work based on a changing roster
* Great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and, most importantly, listen and understand what the customer wants.
