Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for someone with proven success in capital equipment sales to join our expanding team As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new equipment sales while delivering outstanding service to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve and exceed new equipment sales targets in your territory
* Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial contact through to machine delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers
* Facilitate product demonstrations and coordinate local marketing activities
* Represent CEA at trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums
* Prepare and submit sales-related paperwork efficiently to internal departments
* Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
* Keep the customer database up-to-date with contacts, quotes, and feedback
* Support the Sales Manager with tenders and key account activities

About You

We're seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused sales professional who can own and grow a territory. To be successful, you will bring:

* Proven experience in territory or field sales management
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills
* Knowledge of construction or capital equipment industry preferred
* Familiarity with competitor products and market pricing
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Competency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
* A collaborative mindset with a focus on long-term customer success
