The Opportunity
Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join our Parts and Warehousing department at our Cavan Branch in Adelaide. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be involved in the coordination and logistics behind the supply of quality parts to our much-loved customer base.
You will be responsible for providing a range of OEM level services from receiving, picking and packing along with dispatching parts and equipment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Previous stores/warehouse experience
2. A current forklift licence
3. Experience working in a parts or similar industry is desirable
4. Intermediate to advanced computer skills
5. Experience receipting inbound deliveries as well as pick, pack and preparing outbound orders
6. A willingness to learn our processes and product
7. Experience liaising with freight carriers and consignment creation
8. RF Scanner experience
9. Ability to trouble-shoot processing / receipting issues
