Change Manager - Information Document System Migration

Are you a seasoned Change Manager with a passion for ensuring seamless transitions in information systems?

Our client a leading health provider in Melbourne is looking for a dynamic Change manager to join the team to help implement a new Information Document System!

The role:
Our client a leading healthcare organisation in Melbourne is a leader in the healthcare space and are embarking on a Document management system upgrade to help ensure that patient care is at the forefront. They are looking for a Change manager to help with the training and user acceptance for the new document management system.

The opportunity would suit a change manager looking for a contract role with an anticipated 8 month project.

Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Leadership:
Lead the change management process for the implementation of the upgraded Information Document System.
Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption and minimise resistance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of changes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive user experience.
Communication and Training:
Develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
Create and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the recent UAT Information Document System.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the change process.
Proactively manage and resolve challenges to maintain project timelines and objectives.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably in the implementation of information document systems.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Experience in leading and facilitating training sessions.
