The Opportunity
Technology plays a critical role in how we deliver security, operational support and client outcomes. Our CCTV, access control and integrated security platforms underpin live environments, client confidence and rapid response capability. We are seeking a hands‐on Technical Systems & Client Delivery Specialist to take ownership of these systems and ensure they perform reliably in operational environments. This is a technical role with real accountability and impact, not just installation, but ongoing system performance and optimisation.
You will be responsible for the performance, configuration and reliability of SPG's integrated security platforms across live client environments and new project deployments.
Working closely with clients, field team and internal operations, you will ensure systems remain stable, secure and operationally effective.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the day‐to‐day performance, stability and reliability of CCTV, access control and integrated security systems
* Install, configure and maintain surveillance and access control platforms
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, storage and network faults
* Configure alarms, events and incident workflows to support monitoring environments
* Support secure network infrastructure including VLANs and PoE
* Commission new deployments and support post‐installation stabilisation
* Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance
* Maintain accurate documentation and system records
* Work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver practical technical solutions
* Act as a technical escalation point for system performance and reliability
What You'll Bring
* Strong hands‐on experience supporting security or operational technology systems
* Experience with CCTV and video management platforms
* Experience with access control systems
* Solid troubleshooting capability across systems and networking
* Working knowledge of IP networking (including VLANs and PoE)
* Experience working in live or time‐critical environments
* Confident communication skills with clients and stakeholders
* Structured, reliable working style with good documentation practices
