About the role
Telwater is Australia's largest manufacturer of trailered boats producing iconic brands such as Quintrex, Stacer, and Yellow Fin Plate boats.
Role overview: Our Telwater team is currently looking for Fit Out specialists to join the team. These positions are responsible for multiple fit out tasks across the section including foaming and installing floors, wiring of dash and consoles, installing navigational equipment and engine rigging into our boats. If you are willing to learn new skills, show initiative and like a variety of activities each day, this could be the job for you
These are full time, permanent roles working 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40hrs/week), or as per operational requirements.
Duties
* Wiring and installing of components into our boats.
* Installing accessories as per customer orders.
* Maintain high quality standards in work.
* General labouring duties, cross training in other sections where required.
What we are looking for
* Good hand and power tool knowledge and experience.
* Show initiative and willingness to learn.
* Reliability with great attendance.
* Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
* Have your own reliable transport and Driver's License.
* Full Australian working rights.
* Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
* Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations.
