We’re now looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a dual brand site in Lilydale, offering part time or full time role (negotiable) with Saturdays as a must. In this position, you’ll have a strong focus on selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products across both new and used car sales operations. Working closely with the sales and finance teams, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to overall dealership performance, while consistently achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs.
Your tasks will include:
* Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers.
* Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.
* Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support.
* Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.
About You: We're seeking an individual who embodies the following traits:
* Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant necessary.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets.
* A professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
* A current Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
* Saturday availability is a must.
