Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns with strong data-driven thinking and a clear sense of goals; accurately identify industry trends and provide timely feedback on market movements.
* Operate and manage user communities by engaging deeply with users to understand their needs and willingness to use the product. Optimize content and campaigns based on user profiles to cultivate a highly engaged user base.
* Segment users through strategic planning, design targeted campaigns, and take ownership of results. Focus on user acquisition, retention, and activation by analyzing campaign performance and proposing actionable improvements.
* Identify and establish close partnerships with high-quality, efficient promotional channels to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.
* Optimize platform page configurations to ensure visual consistency and enhance click-through and conversion rates.
* Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including collaborations with local partners, street promotions, and joint events, to increase platform exposure and user growth.
Requirements
* Basic understanding of H5 configuration.
* Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, or Journalism.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or new media is preferred.
* Strong communication and logical thinking skills, with solid negotiation and writing abilities.
* Strong learning ability and self-motivation, with the capacity to work well under pressure.
* Proactive and innovative, with an entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to embrace challenges, strong team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
