Marketing Leader Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Dell's customer experience in the UAE to establish a premium PC brand presence.
1. Brand Ambassador Management: Manage, train, and evaluate a team of brand advocates to represent Dell effectively.
2. Point-of-Sale (POS) Optimization: Standardize and implement POS layouts across the market, ensuring a consistent and high-end brand image.
3. National Marketing Campaigns: Develop quarterly marketing strategies with retailers to promote Dell products, create user-friendly campaign experiences, and execute campaigns as planned.
4. Customer Experience Monitoring: Conduct regular mystery audits and digital visual merchandising to ensure a positive customer experience.
